ORDER :

The learned counsel for applicants is heard. The application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing restoration application and also for restoration of First Appeal No. 770/2012 in respect of respondents mentioned in prayer clause 'C'. The application is also moved for issuing notices to respondents mentioned in prayer clause 'D'.

In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. Prayers made in prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D' are allowed. Notice as against respondents mentioned in prayer clause 'D' is to be issued. Hamdast allowed. Notice of 30 days is to be given to the respondents for appearance. Civil Application is disposed of in those terms.
