We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners for sufficient time. At present only prayer clause "D" survives since prayer clauses "B" and "C" of the petition are deleted as per the leave granted by this Court on 24.11.2021. Prayer clause "D" reads as follows: "D) By issuing appropriate writ or order or direction in the like nature the respondents may further be directed to make enquiry into the illegalities committed by the Executive director body of the Zilla Parishad Prathamik Shikshakanchi Patsanstha (Gramin), Aurangabad and take action against all the responsible directors and members."

Thus, considering this prayer, we grant liberty to the petitioners to initiate appropriate proceedings.
