In all these matters, the Writ Petitions were dismissed in default on lodging stamp numbers. Delay of 1425 days is caused in filing these Civil Applications. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates for Applicants and on behalf of all the Respondents.

We have perused the reasons set out below paragraph 3 pertaining to the grave and serious illness of the husband of the Advocate. This was followed by Covid 19 pandemic. Even today, the learned Advocate for the Applicants is hospitalized.

Considering the peculiar reasons, these Civil Applications are allowed. Delay is condoned without imposing cost. All office objections to be removed on or before 30th April, 2024. Thereafter, the Writ Petitions shall be registered.
