Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned AGP nos. 2 and 3.

Perused the award passed by the Trial Court.

Learned counsel points out that enhancement is awarded more than four times and less than five times than the offer amount.

Considering this aspect, permission is granted to withdraw 50 per cent amount on furnishing written undertaking in the First Appeal to re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. Permission is also granted to withdraw 25 per cent amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Undertaking and security be submitted within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order. 4.

All Civil Applications are disposed of.
