The acquiring body, appellant has given reason

-:(2):- 14128 that much time was consumed in processing the matter by the learned A.G.P. Who had appeared in the Reference Court and then time was consumed in processing the matters by the Administrators of the acquiring body also. It is contended that many such matters were decided and so many such matters were pending with the acquiring body for consideration. It is contended that huge court fees is required to be paid and some arrangement was required to be made for collecting money which is required to be sanctioned and for that some time was consumed. It is contended that some time was consumed for making the funds available by the State Government. This Court holds that sufficient cause is shown.

In the result, all the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.
