Learned counsel for the acquiring body submitted that 50% of the compensation amount is deposited in the Reference Court itself and the remaining amount needs to

This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to depositing remaining 50% amount within eight weeks from today. In those terms, the applications are allowed. Stay order is made as there is statement that 50% amount is already deposited.

3.

If the remaining 50% amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period of 8 weeks, it is to the presumed that no stay is granted. In those terms the applications are disposed of.
