Heard Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel, appearing for the applicants and Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

For the purpose of disposal of this civil application, both the learned counsels submit that the parties are tentatively arrived at compromise and the terms and conditions of the compromise are produced on record. They are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. Both the learned counsels appearing for the parties have submitted that the compromise has to be submitted before the Trial Court i.e. learned District Judge and parties are going to submit it in due course.
