On perusal of the applications, we find the delay to have not been explained satisfactorily. According to the learned counsel for the applicants, the applicants were expecting favourable orders of the Revenue Commissioner and since no such orders were passed, these review applications have been preferred with the applications for condonation of delay. This cannot be a ground for condonation of the
