Civil Application No. 9019 of 2025 :- 1.

The applicant in this application seeks permission to intervene and contest the present writ petition on the ground that the order dated 13.06.2025, referred to in Civil Application No. 10389 of 2025, filed on behalf of the petitioner, has been passed at the behest of the present applicant.

After making some submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would add the said applicant as a party respondent No. 7 in the present writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed, leave is granted to add the applicant in Civil Application No. 9019 of 2025, as a party respondent No. 7 in the present writ petition. 4.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 5.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No. 7. Mr. Kurundkar, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the newly added respondent No. 7.

Civil Application No. 10388 of 2025 :- 1.

By this application, the applicant/original petitioner seeks to amend the writ petition in terms of schedule of amendment at Exhibit - "A'.

By way of this amendment, the applicant seeks to place on record certain documents and orders and the prayer clause is also sought to be amended challenging such orders and also to seek interim stay thereof.

Having perused the application and the Exhibit - 'A' annexed therewith, and in the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the present Civil Application is allowed. The applicant/original petitioner is permitted to amend the writ petition in terms of the scheduled of amendment at Exhibit - 'A'. 5.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 6.

Since the amendment would result in adding three more respondents, upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 04.11.2025. Mr. Chavan, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the newly added respondent No. 4, i.e. Additional Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani. The learned AGP waives notice on behalf of newly added respondent No. 5, i.e. Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Chh. Sambhajinagar. 3/4

Civil Application No. 10389 of 2025 :- 1.

In view of the amendment being allowed and incorporated through Civil Application No. 10388 of 2025, including the prayer clause seeking stay of the further impugned orders, the applicant / original petitioner does not press for relief in the present application. Accordingly, the Civil Application No. 10389 of 2025 is disposed of as not pressed.

WRIT PETITION NO. 617 OF 2025 :- 1.

List the petition on 04.11.2025.
