This is the case of the year 2005 bearing R.C.C.No.61/2005 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamner.

In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain this application, seeking quashing of the proceeding. Hence, criminal application is hereby disposed of.
