The grievance of the petitioner is that the matter was closed for orders on 23rd September, 2015 and as yet judgment has not been pronounced.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that because of the change in coram, the matter was kept for hearing on 15th March, 2016. On that date the petitioner sought adjournment. So, the matter was adjourned to 18th November, 2016. On that date the petitioner did not remain present and now the matter is kept for hearing on 23rd March, 2017.

The petitioner shall remain present before the committee on 23rd March, 2017 for hearing. Needless to state that after the hearing is concluded, the committee shall decide the said proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of hearing.
