This application is filed by the original complainant for condonation of 50 days' delay in filing application for leave to appeal, as his complaint filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is dismissed by the Trial Court and the respondent - accused is acquitted.

Learned advocate for the respondent - accused opposed the application stating that the delay is not properly explained. 3.
