Mr. Choudhari, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that, the amount of subsistence allowance at the rate of 75% amounting to Rs. 84,068/- is paid by cheque dated 18.12.2017 and subsistence allowance at the rate of 25% is deposited in the account of the petitioner.

The petitioner is also reinstated on the post of cluster head. In the light of the above the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition does not survive.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer or reinstatement as cluster head at different place, the petitioner may take such steps as may be permissible in law. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
