After hearing, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions of the appellants, submits that the appellants wish to withdraw the present Appeal, however, the learned Judge of the appellate Court be directed to decide the appeal on merits, within a period of six (6) months upon filing of the private paper book. 2.
