ORAL JUDGMENT :

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

In spite of service, none appears for the respondent though opportunity was given.

Learned counsel for the applicant draws attention to the distance between Paithan and Nashik, which is stated to be more than 250 Kms. He further states that it is very inconvenient for the applicant to travel to Nashik with her female child and her parents are not in a position to support her economically. So is the case that there will not be any person to accompany the applicant to attend the court at Nashik. In the circumstances, it is being requested that the matter be transferred from the Family court at Nashik to the Family court at Aurangabad.

All aforesaid difficulties expressed go uncontroverted in the absence of appearance on behalf of the respondent.

In view of aforesaid, Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. H.M.P. No. A/550/2014 pending before the Principal Judge, Family court at Nashik be
