This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal. Notices are served upon the respondents. Adv. S. S. Sarda holding for Adv. M. R. Deshmukh appears for the respondents and he opposes the application. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the delay occurred on account of reasons mentioned in Paragraph No.5 particularly absence of communication with the present applicants. 2.

This is an appeal filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation on account of death of husband of appellant No.1 and father of appellant Nos.2 to 5. The delay is of 142 days and does not appear to be
