The present situation has arisen because of the erroneous acts at the behest of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed. 2.

It is submitted by the petitioners that, no objection was given by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, for posting the petitioners within the jurisdiction of the Zilla Parishad, Beed. In view of that, Zilla Parishad at Jalna & Palghar also gave their no-objections. All these petitioners belong to Open Category.

It has been submitted by Shri. Umesh Mote, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, Beed, that, as on date there are surplus teachers in various reserved categories. Public Interest Litigation is filed and the task of repatriation has been directed to be undertaken on war footing. During the general transfers, the same would be done.

In view of that, till the general transfers are effectuated for this year, no orders can be passed in the matter. At the time of general transfers, the Zilla Parishad, Beed, shall consider as to whether they can accommodate the petitioners as per the roster and the availability of the posts. Till that time, the petitioners are bound to work with their parent institution.
