Learned Advocate submits on instructions from the petitioner that he would prefer to address respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur with regard to his grievances about the seniority list under Rule 12(3) of the the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 ("MEPS Rules" for short). He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw the petition.

Learned AGP and Shri Gunale, learned Advocates have no objection. 3.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In the event of the petitioner preferring a representation under Rule 12(3) of the MEPS Rules, within a period of four weeks from today, respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur shall decide the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt after hearing all the concerned parties.
