Heard learned counsel for respective parties. Perused the impugned judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said judgment. In view of the above, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) The applicants are also permitted to withdraw 25% amount on submitting a solvent BDV

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD surety in the like amount;

iii) Balance 25% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank, till disposal of the appeal.

iv) The Civil Applications stand disposed of.
