The petitioner is awaiting decision of the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee in a proceeding for validation of his tribe certificate.

It is being pointed out that a vigilance inquiry has already been conducted in the matter of petitioner's real brother - Yogesh in the year 2021. He had filed reply thereto. The petitioner is ready to adopt it and requisite application was also submitted to the Committee on 19.09.2024.

We dispose of the writ petition, directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 25.09.2024. The Committee shall
