ORDER:- 1.
Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1759 days in filing the appeal, which appears to be caused due to his poor financial condition.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1759 mentioned in this application stands condoned subject to cost of Rs. 2500/- to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of Dispensary,
(2) 925 CA-16808.2022.odt High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and also on the condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the period of aforesaid delay.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
