Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners strenuously urges to consider the request made under Writ Petition based on the educational qualification.

However, looking at the prevalent position in Rules and the Government Resolution, to which challenge is purportedly posed, could not be shown to be in any way arbitrary, discriminatory or against the policy of the State Government.

Thus, the claim merely based on educational qualification, does not appear to be tenable. 5.

Writ Petition is thus rejected.
