There are no specific instances pointed out as to how the roster is erroneous. Only on the basis of the objections taken by some of the persons, the petitioners are making grievance. We do not find that grievance about roster can be considered at the behest of the petitioners. The

2 wp 13442.18+ petitioners are claiming inter district transfer being from reserved category.

Unless specific instances are pointed out as to the persons from the open category shown in the reserved category or vice versa, it would not be possible to pass any order in the matter.

If the petitioners point out specific instances, then the same be placed before the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the same on its own merits. 4.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
