Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the leaned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

Perused the papers placed on record.

After the alleged kidnapping, the so-called kidnapped girl was handed over in the proper custody. There were no allegations of causing hurt to her. The applicant and the victim are in relation. Material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. The application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Anil Vasant Londhe be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.406 of 2022 registered with Rahata Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that he shall not contact with the victim and tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
