Petitioner purports to have been aggrieved by rejection of his application filed at appellate stage for amendment of written statement.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the reasons for rejection of amendment application by appellate court, it appears that the appellate court has taken stock of the situation properly and has in its' discretion dismissed the application.

The reasons as are appearing in the impugned order, particularly in paragraph no. 3 of the same, are not the reasons besides the facts. In view of the same, in stead of reproducing the reasons in this order and adopting the reasons as are appearing in paragraph no. 3 of the impugned order, the writ petition is rendered devoid of any substance.

Writ petition, as such, stands rejected.
