Heard Mr. Kakade, learned counsel for the applicant, Mrs. Diggikar, learned AGP for respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr.A.S.Shelke, learned counsel for respondents No. 3 & 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is disclosed from perusal of the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 3 & 4 that during the pendency of the present Review Petition, an order dated 7.2.2019 is passed by the Education

ca8178.18 Officer, Secondary, District Ahmednagar, informing to the Head Master, High School, Sangamner, whereby the proposal for grant of approval to the post of Shikshan Sevak of Smt. Kuvar Radha Chandrakant, is rejected by assigning such reasons.

The learned counsel then prayed for withdrawal of the application, with liberty to challenge the order dated 7.2.2019. The application is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the order dated 7.2.2019, before appropriate Forum in case so advised.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and is accordingly disposed of.
