Mr. Lakhkar, the learned Advocate submits that the petitioner is issued with the succession certificate. Mr. Pawar, the learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submits that if the petitioner submits succession certificate, the respondent would consider the case of the petitioner.

The petitioner may submit the succession certificate with respondent no.2. Upon receipt of the succession certificate from the petitioner, the respondent No.2 shall process the case of the petitioner for family pension on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the succession certificate.

3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
