The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's parents will file an application for admission to first standard in respondent Nos.5 and 6 - school. It is further submitted that the petitioner's parents are ready to pay the fees prescribed by respondent Nos.5 and 6.

We hope and expect that respondent Nos.5 and 6 will consider the application within one week from today.

Needless to observe that respondent No.3 shall not proceed further to take any coercive action against the respondent Nos.5 and 6 on the subject matter involved and on the basis of the interim order passed by this Court on 10th June, 2016.
