Though this Court, vide order dated 04.09.2015, has permitted the applicant to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, 25% on undertaking and 75% on furnishing solvent surety/security, but the applicants are again seeking further relaxation for grant of 50% amount on undertaking and 25% on solvent security/surety for the withdrawal of 75%

{2} amount.

Already reasonable order is passed by this Court on 04.09.2015 and, therefore, I am not inclined to give further concession, as claimed by the applicant.

As such, Civil Application stands rejected.
