IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD CIVIL APPLICATION NO.13281 OF 2018 IN FAMILY COURT APPEAL NO. 24 OF 2018 MAHESH MUKTTAJI CHOPDE

VERSUS

RUKMANI MAHESH CHOPDE Mr.R.G.Joshi, Advocate for the applicant CORAM :

SUNIL P. DESHMUKH S.M.GAVHANE,JJ.

DATED :

28.11.2018 P.C. :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant. It is being referred to that respondent had been served during the original proceeding before the Family Court on the address as given in the proceedings. However, while notice of this family court appeal had been issued by the Court, the report had been received back that she is non residing on said address. The petitioner had also attempted to serve her on the other address which had made known to him. However, that attempt has not been fruitful. In the circumstances, this application has been moved to serve the respondent through paper publication. Having regard to aforesaid, it would be expedient that the applicant serves respondent through paper publication in widely circulated newspapers at both the addresses, the one which had been given in the original proceeding and the other subsequently given before this Court. The Civil Application accordingly is allowed and is disposed of. [S.M.GAVHANE,J.] [SUNIL P. DESHMUKH,J.] / ssp .
