This application is moved for restoration of the first appeal that was dismissed in view of the conditional order dated 19-12-2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The appeal came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections.

It is pointed out that only objection is that the name of the applicant i.e. respondent No.1 in the present appeal

(2) 76ca12418.24 defers from the certified copy. It is pointed out that in fact there is slight mistake in spelling of respondent No.1 in the certified copy. The name written is as Narshing. The appellant has given same name in the appeal memo. In the claim petition respondent No.1 has given his name as Narshing. 3.

Considering this minor mistake the objections stands waived.

The delay caused in filing this application is condoned.

Office to restore the appeal to its original position. 6.

The application stands disposed off.
