The present civil application is filed for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- deposited by the original writ petitioner. In the order dated 06th July, 2015 itself, we had allowed the respondents to withdraw the amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- deposited by the writ petitioner.
