Leave to add T.I.L.R., Beed as a party. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the added party. 2.
Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that land of the petitioner is affected under the acquisition but the name of the petitioner is not shown nor his land is demarcated. The learned Advocate submits that the respondents be directed to measure the land of the petitioner bearing Gut No. 111/1 situated at Village - Manjarsumba, Taluka and District Beed.

Mr. Manorkar, learned Advocate submits that upon the request of the petitioner re-measurement is carried out. The land of the petitioner was not affected.

The measurement has taken place in respect of the land acquired. The measurement cannot be carried out in perpetuity.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may get his land measured by paying the appropriate fees with the T.I.L.R. The T.I.L.R. upon receiving the application from the petitioner may measure the land in presence of the Highway Authority.
Pursuant to the Measurement Report, the parties may take further steps as may be permissible under law.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
