In both these petitions, the petitioners have forwarded their requests/ representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, seeking his approval for posting them at the Zilla Parishad Girls Secondary School at Majalgaon,

*2* 146a148wp10565a10957o22 District Beed and Janegaon in Kaij Taluka, District Beed, respectively. The said request is pending. However, the second petitioner has already been allowed to join, though the representation is pending.

The learned advocate for the respondent/Zilla Parishad submits that the representations of the petitioners would be considered strictly in accordance with the rules and policies applicable, within a time frame.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off.

Let the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, respond to the representations of the petitioners, by adhering to the rules and policies applicable and if required, by granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.
