We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in this Petition.

In case the Petitioners wish to avail of an appropriate remedy as available in law, the concerned Forum, while considering the question of delay, if any, shall keep in view the fact that the Petitioners were bona fide prosecuting this Petition, since the year 2012.
