Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. The Land Acquisition Officer has granted compensation @ Rs.68,000/- per Hector. The Reference Court increased to Rs.88,000/- per Hector for dry land and Rs.1,66,000/- for irrigated land. Considering the marginal increase in respect of dry land and no dispute that some lands were irrigated, the application for withdrawal deserves to
