Read the status report. The learned Judge of the Trial Court has communicated that he will try his best to dispose off the case within a period of one year. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Trial Court may be directed to decide the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of Six Months from the date of this order since this is a case of the year 2017, and, in case, if the trial is not disposed off within the said period of six months, liberty may be granted to the applicant to fle an application for bail, again. Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose off the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order, by day-to-day hearing if possible, and submit monthly report to the Sessions Judge about the progress of the case in terms of the directions given by this Court. The applicant is at liberty to fle an application for bail again, if the trial court has not concluded the trial within a period of six months with the condition that trial is not delayed due to non-cooperation of the applicant in any manner. Bail application is accordingly disposed off.
