This appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company is present. The learned counsel for respondent No. 7 is also present. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

In pursuance of the statement of withdrawal of the appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the pursis. It is marked as 'X' for identifcation. In the present matter, pursis taken on record.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the concerned learned M.A.C.T., in Motor Accident Claims Petition. 943-fa-3222-19 with ca.odt

In view of the withdrawal pursis, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant with this Court be permitted to be withdrawn by claimants as per award passed by concerned M.A.C.T. with interest accrued. 6.

The amount deposited by the appellant with this Court be transferred to the concerned M.A.C.T.
