1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] Learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation, on the basis of instructions, admits that there has been a short deposit in the matter. This means that the amount of interest, which was awarded, has not been deposited. She states that the respondent - Corporation will deposit this shortfall amount within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is accepted.
CA 11798/17 in FA 896/02 - 2 - 3] This civil application is taken out by the applicants - claimants seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount is allowed. Now that the First Appeal in which such amount was deposited has already been disposed of, the Registry to permit such withdrawal together with interest, which is accrued on such deposited amount.
4] After the respondent - Corporation deposits the shortfall amount, the applicants in this civil application are allowed to withdraw the said amount as well.
5] The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
