Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the petitioners states that the petitioners have filed applications seeking compensation on account of the area occupied by tower erected by respondent No. 4. Though the applications are filed in April - 2016, no decision has been taken on them as yet.

In case, the applications filed by the petitioners seeking compensation on account of erection of tower on the lands of

2 wp 12141.17 petitioners (Exhibit A collectively) are pending with the authority, then the authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
