By this petition, the petitioner has sought directions against respondent No.2 - investigating officer to decide the representation dated 20/9/2022 and further to investigate the crime properly to its logical end.

The respondent No.3 - Shaikh Shakeel Shaikh Lal, Police Inspector, Anti-Corruption Bureau has filed affidavit-inreply. In paragraph No.4 of the affidavit-in-reply, it is stated that the charge sheet has been filed before the Sessions Court, Jalna on 9/1/2023 and the copy of the same has been forwarded to the petitioner.
