After hearing learned Advocate for the petitioner for a while, he submits upon instructions that he be allowed to withdraw the petition for approaching respondent Nos.3 and 4 with appropriate prayers.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.3 and/or 4 to pursue the prayers in the petition.
