Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader representing the State/respondents. 2.

This petition seeks a prayer for issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 for expeditious disposal of the revision petition, said to have been filed by the petitioners against the order dated 1.7.2023 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad. 3.

Accordingly, having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the said revision petition with expedition and in accordance with law, say within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
