Seen the order made by this Court on 02/02/2021, which is as under:- "Nobody is present for the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner needs to argue on the tenability of the matters. Some kind of blanket relief is claimed an apparently such relief cannot be granted. If the matter is not prosecuted on 24/02/2021, the matter will be dismissed."

In the present proceeding following reliefs are claimed. "B) By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the like nature, the respondent authorities may kindly be directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner by initiating any criminal prosecution/ registration of crime on account of violation of the provisions of Medical Practitioners Act and the petitioner may kindly be permitted to practice in allopathic, naturopathy etc.
C) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this criminal writ petition, the respondent authorities may kindly be restrained from taking any coercive action against the petitioner."
