In view of our order dated 11th September 2025, the girl has been produced before this Court. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have appeared. The petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 have entered into the compromise and it is placed on record. Respondent No.2 had expressed readiness to take the petitioner for cohabitation. They both have stated that they will look after their daughter properly.

Since the petitioner has also expressed her willingness to

cwp-1270.25 join the company of her husband - respondent No.2 and the dispute appears to have been subsided, there is no necessity for issuance of any writ or any order. We hope that the petitioner and respondent No.2 would look after their daughter properly. 3.

In view of the said compromise terms placed on record, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
