2] The applicant/appellant, who is convicted and sentenced by learned Special Judge, Aurangabad in Special (ACB) Case No.11 of 2008 for the offences punishable under Section 7 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences.

3] Issue notice to the respondent - State. Learned APP waives notice for the respondent - State.

3] Considering the short term sentences awarded to the applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended during pendency of the appeal.

4] The applicant/appellant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

5] Humdast allowed.
