Heard. On going through the papers, it appears that, the prayer made before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class was for transfer of investigation from one agency to the other. After having been unsuccessful therein, the applicant preferred revision application, which came to be dismissed vide order dated 21/7/2023. In the considered view of this Court, the power to transfer investigation from one agency to the other did not vest with the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class. This Court sees no merit in this application. Hence, the same is dismissed. (R.G. AVACHAT, J.) fmp/-
