The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the petition the respondent has declared the result of the petitioner's BAMS final year examination, however is not allowed to prosecute his internship. The validation proceeding is pending.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1, 2 and 4. Mr. Bhosle, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no. 3.

In case, the validation proceeding is pending with respondent no. 4, then respondent no. 4 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 26.09.2019. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents no. 2 and 3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending, however the respondents shall not issue the degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
