Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the order dated 19th April, 2022, grants ad-interim stay to the impugned order based on incorrect submission advanced before this Court and pressed for vacating the stay granted. He further submits that although the stay was granted only to the impugned order, it has been submitted before the trial Court that the suit itself has been stayed. As the civil application is for vacating the stay, it would be in the interest of justice, if the writ petition itself is taken up for hearing on 30th January, 2023.

In view thereof, Civil Application stands disposed of. Place the petition on 30th January, 2023.
