Shri S.V.Warad, learned counsel for petitioner states that death of petitioner occurred on 6th July, 2016 and he fled application for bringing legal heirs on record on 21st September, 2016.

Application is within limitation though it was numbered in the year 2019. Civil Application No.8001 of 2019 is, therefore, allowed. Legal heirs of petitioner be brought on record. Amendment be carried out accordingly within one week.

After carrying out amendment, this matter be fxed for fnal hearing on 25th August, 2021.
